As a multidisciplinary designer & researcher working across UX, service, and product design, I specialize in turning complexity into clarity. With a foundation in computer science and a dual master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction & Design from universities in Paris and Madrid, I bring both technical fluency and human-centered thinking to every project.
Since then, I’ve worked on projects that impact the United States, Europe, and Africa to build intuitive, human-first experiences for global users. Most recently, I led AI-powered design at IBM, where I helped reimagine internal tools used by millions. Whether it’s orchestrating service design workshops or designing end-to-end systems, I thrive in ambiguity - connecting the dots between people, process, and product. My approach is grounded in research, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, driving impact from concept to implementation.
As a first-generation Filipina-American raised in the U.S. and shaped by international experiences, my background in multicultural environments has given me a unique perspective, allowing me to craft designs that resonate with users from all walks of life. My passion for travel has taught me how to embrace diverse perspectives, to adapt quickly in unfamiliar environments, and to lead with empathy, which are skills I carry into every project and into every part of my life.
I'm also a strong advocate for mentorship and continuous learning. It took a lot of navigating to get to where I am today, and I know firsthand what it’s like to follow a non-linear path into design. I’m always looking to learn from others, grow with others, and give back to the community that helped shape me. If you're curious about UX or navigating your own creative journey, feel free to connect with me on ADPList - I’d love to chat!
Outside of work, you’ll find me at a vinyl record shop, dancing at a music festival, playing piano, or on a plane for my next adventure - constantly seeking rhythm in both design and life.
