I'm a multidisciplinary designer and researcher working across UX, service, and product design. Across every job I've had, I keep getting put on the projects where something has gotten too complicated, and my job is to make it uncomplicated again. I started in graphic design and kept building outward, combining a foundation in Computer Science, a dual Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction & Design from universities in Paris and Madrid, and deep practice in research and strategy to carry projects all the way through.
Currently, I’m a Senior Product Designer at Verizon, designing what happens post-purchase: order tracking, returns, and trade-ins. Before that, I led AI-powered design at IBM, reimagining internal tools used by millions. Having designed for users across six continents, I thrive in ambiguity and love connecting the dots between people, process, and product.
Music runs right alongside my design work. As a DJ, producer, and vinyl collector, I’ve played the US Open, Governors Ball, and iconic NYC venues, alongside brand work for Adidas, YouTube, Free People, and Sony.
Growing up as a Filipina-American in the NYC area and living internationally shaped how I navigate the world. It taught me to adapt quickly, lead with empathy, and design for people from all walks of life.
